Claim Submission
When you submit a claim through WingWatch Nigeria, we forward your complaint to the relevant airline's consumer protection contact and copy the NCAA Consumer Protection Department. We do not guarantee delivery, acknowledgement, or resolution of your complaint by the airline or NCAA. WingWatch Nigeria is a facilitator only and is not a party to any dispute between you and an airline.
