WingWatch Nigeria is an independent digital passenger-rights platform operated by Aurum Digital Consulting Limited. The platform provides passenger-rights information, published flight schedules and verified disruption alerts, compensation estimates, complaint tools, and optional claim follow-up services.
2. Not Legal Advice
The information provided on WingWatch Nigeria is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of this platform. WingWatch Nigeria is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NCAA, any Nigerian airline, the Federal Ministry of Aviation, or any other government agency. References to NCAA regulations are for informational purposes only.
4. Flight Information
WingWatch displays published schedule information and may display verified disruption alerts. Schedule listings are not represented as live airline operational status. Always verify current flight status, departure time, gate and other operational information directly with your airline before travelling.
5. Claim Submissions
When you submit a complaint through WingWatch Nigeria, we facilitate transmission to the relevant airline. If the complaint remains unresolved, regulatory escalation is a separate process and may require additional information or authorisation. We do not guarantee acknowledgement, resolution, compensation or any particular outcome.
6. Compensation Calculator
The compensation amounts shown by the WingWatch Nigeria calculator are estimates based on a general reading of NCAA Part 19 regulations. Actual entitlements may vary depending on specific circumstances. The calculator output does not constitute a legal determination of your rights or entitlements.
7. User Responsibilities
By using WingWatch Nigeria you agree to: provide accurate and truthful information when submitting claims; not use the platform for fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful purposes; not submit false or fabricated complaints against airlines; and comply with all applicable Nigerian laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding on WingWatch Nigeria is the intellectual property of Aurum Digital Consulting Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Aurum Digital Consulting Limited, as operator of WingWatch Nigeria, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, including but not limited to lost profits, missed flights, or unsuccessful claims.
