1. About WingWatch Nigeria
WingWatch Nigeria is an independent digital platform that provides Nigerian air passengers with information about their rights under the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (NCAR) Part 19, flight status information, compensation calculations, and a facility to submit complaints to airlines and the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA). WingWatch Nigeria Limited is registered in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).

The information provided on WingWatch Nigeria is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of this platform. WingWatch Nigeria is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NCAA, any Nigerian airline, the Federal Ministry of Aviation, or any other government agency. References to NCAA regulations are for informational purposes only.
4. Flight Information
Flight data displayed on WingWatch Nigeria is sourced from third-party providers including AviationStack. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any flight information. Always verify flight status directly with your airline before travelling. WingWatch Nigeria accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on flight information displayed on this platform.
5. Claim Submissions
When you submit a complaint through WingWatch Nigeria, we facilitate the transmission of that complaint to the relevant airline and/or NCAA Consumer Protection Department. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from a submitted claim. We are not a party to any dispute between you and an airline. WingWatch Nigeria accepts no liability for the outcome of any claim submitted through this platform.
6. Compensation Calculator
The compensation amounts shown by the WingWatch Nigeria calculator are estimates based on a general reading of NCAA Part 19 regulations. Actual entitlements may vary depending on specific circumstances. The calculator output does not constitute a legal determination of your rights or entitlements.
7. User Responsibilities
By using WingWatch Nigeria you agree to: provide accurate and truthful information when submitting claims; not use the platform for fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful purposes; not submit false or fabricated complaints against airlines; and comply with all applicable Nigerian laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding on WingWatch Nigeria is the intellectual property of WingWatch Nigeria Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, WingWatch Nigeria Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, including but not limited to lost profits, missed flights, or unsuccessful claims.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
